The Redford School of Speech and Drama holds an annual Summer Course, which offers over 50 enthusiastic, aspiring young actors the chance to participate in an exciting and fun-filled week of drama and theatre-based activities.
While the main focus of the week is to devise a final creative performance, the Summer Course also gives students aged between 7 and 18 the opportunity to:
Work with trained professionals to develop existing dramatic skills and to nurture new theatrical, musical and social skills.
Perform in groups and/or individually in front of an audience.
Have fun, build confidence and make new friends in a relaxed and happy environment.
Be creative – perform, devise, direct or design – spend a week challenging their imagination.
Places for the 2022 Summer Course (2nd -6th August) will be released in early 2022.
