Since its foundation in 1982, the Redford School of Speech and Drama has offered professional tuition in Speech and Drama to students from across Bedfordshire and its surrounding counties – giving young people and adults the opportunity to develop their performance and presentation skills in a relaxed and creative environment.

A dedicated team of experienced professionals, led by the school’s principal – Vivienne Redford LLAM – provide structured and creative classes, incorporating a variety of theatrical disciplines including improvised drama, script work, movement and musical theatre with the aim of not only nurturing dramatic skills, but also developing social and presentation skills.

Graduates from the school have gone on to achieve success at drama school and on stage and screen nationally and internationally, with a number of students appearing in lead roles in West End productions such as Hairspray, Wicked and Les Miserables and in critically acclaimed productions performed at the RSC and Globe Theatre.
